• Pick-up: You can choose to pick up your order from one of our designated pick-up locations.

Return and Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Idol Size

The size of the idol cannot be changed after confirmation.

Inspection Upon Delivery

It is essential to inspect your idol upon delivery for any damages. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after delivery.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for canceled orders.

Order Hold and Exchange

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as a government-imposed lockdown preventing home delivery, you have two options:

• Pick up your order from one of our designated pick-up locations.
• We can hold your order for the next year. In this case, you can place a new order for an idol of equal or higher value and deduct the amount of your previous order from the total. You will only be charged the difference in price.
